Capital Management is into disbursing business loans to SMEs as well as start-ups. When Milind took the brave decision of leaving his 10 years of illustrious career in Banking in 2015 to start Capital Management in Bhopal the road was not easy. At that time, he had just one client whose 42 lacs loan he disbursed. In a span of four years his entrepreneurial journey is comprised of all ups and downs one could imagine but his perseverance paid off. Presently, Capital Management engages with an impressive figure of almost 3700 clients across four locations doing a loan disbursement of 250 – 300 Crore annually. Kumar Sambhav, Founder, Vawworld Animation Studios
Kumar Sambhav started Vawworld Animation studio in 2013 with a team of 3 people in Sehore. He started working with low cost assignments like book covers, explainer videos and gradually with continuous client drills gaining more customers. In 2016 he shifted to Bhopal and he had clients from the USA, Europe and Japan. He faced difficulties in talent acquisition and keeping his employees motivated because of small city and limited resources. However, with constant efforts he has now a team of 40 young motivated people. His future plans include to start Production slate, short film, feature film, tv series and venturing into co-production and direct vendor ship.
